Who We Are:
BCARC is the B.C. Association of Restoration Contractors. Most commonly, a restoration contractor undertakes to repair/re-build existing homes and business structures that have sustained damage as a result of fire, windstorm, flood, vandalism, etc (in contrast, a general contractor is usually involved in new construction only).
