BCARC - NewsWelcome to the 'First Edition' of the BCARC website! The B.C. Association of Restoration Contractors is the first (and currently the only) provincial/national body in Canada representing the specific Health & Safety interests of Restoration Contractors. That means BCARC and you are making a little bit of history as you read this! In future months, BCARC - with the counsel and support of WorkSafeBC - will be releasing the first Health & Safety on-line Learning program specifically directed towards improving H & S learning amongst the employees within the Restoration Contractor industry. As the on-line Learning is released in stages in the coming months, BCARC will provide all the information on this "News Page" including course enrolment directions to BCARC Members. Please be patient with us a little while longer.good things are on the way in the world of Health and Safety training for BCARC members. Health and Safety training matters will continuously intersect with the technical aspects of job performance (eg, operating power tools ); where effective and efficient to do so, BCARC will provide concurrent technical and safety training.
